As we watch daily news reports on the war in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other places from the comfort of our own homes, some of our nation's soldiers have already sacrificed their lives for our sake. Their loved ones are grieving permanent separation. Meanwhile, other soldiers and military families wonder what the next weeks and months will bring.
We at UBC want to thank all the men & women who have served our country in all the branches of service, especially the members and family of UBC. The sacrifice that they have made and continue making to provide for the safety of our homes, nation, and the world can never be repaid. It is our prayer that God will protect and bless them and their families.
